I believe that we are more alike than we think, each privately handling our own pain, worries and insecurities. It takes strength to share these things with others and I respect each of my clients for
taking the first step to make change. My goal is to make therapy feel as natural and comfortable.
We’ll start by sorting through the thoughts, worries and pain that are making life difficult and then develop the skills and strategies you need to manage the natural ups and downs of life. In between, we’ll hopefully have some laughs, celebrate small successes, and find some ways to add more joy and fun to your life.
Nicole Johnson, LCSW
I have been working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001 and have worked with others from a variety of ages, culture, and backgrounds. My work experience has been with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, family troubles, trauma, or social difficulties.
I have a very personal, pragmatic and relational approach to therapy. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I love to spend time with my family and friends and enjoy doing anything outdoors in the sunshine. Running is my favorite form of self-care.I invite you to reach out and set up a time to talk. We’ll determine together if we are a good fit for each other.
