Life is tricky – it can be so joyful but it can also be so complicated at the same time.
Sometimes it feels like we can’t get past a bump in the road or a series of bumps in the road.
Other times, it feels like we can’t get over our past and it keeps popping back up and interjecting itself on our present life. Sometimes I think we just need to say things out loud and learn some strategies to manage our own internal thoughts and battles.
I believe we are all more alike than we think, each privately handling our own insecurities, worries and pain. It takes great strength to share these things with others and be open to change. This is my passion: helping others feel their best and meet their personal goals.
I have worked for the past 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping others from various ages, background and life challenges. My work experience has been with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, family troubles, trauma or social difficulties. I enjoy helping teens and their families work through challenging behaviors, finding understanding and building stronger relationships.
I have a very personal, pragmatic and relational approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard and understood. I invite you to reach out and set up a time to talk. We’ll determine together if we are a good fit for each other.
